How are women pushing for political change? This class explores how politics can both support and challenge gender inequalities in local, national and global settings, and assesses how women’s activism and strategies impact policy, access to rights, and social justice. Issues addressed in the
class may include microfinance, affirmative action, land rights, and girls’ education.
Prerequisites: Registration status: Year 3 or Year 4.
